One of the UK's largest pub operators and brewers, with over 1,500 pubs nationwide.
The Healy Group have operated over 500 pubs across the south of England since 1991.
Donal Healy spent his early career in quantity surveying before deciding pubs were where he wanted to be. In 1991, he and Marion opened their first in Uxbridge. The following year they had nine. Over three decades, the business has operated around 500 pubs and created jobs for more than 2,500 people. Today the estate sits at 20 leased pubs across the South and South East. The relationships are everything. With our operators, with our partners, and most importantly, with the workers. That's what's kept it going.

Three generations of the Healy family work across the business. Operations, finance, property and compliance. The business has changed. Our values haven't.

Proper locals, run by people who know the trade. Twenty leased pubs across the South and South East.
